Hello friends, today I continue my look back over the last ten years and choose my top games of the decade.
Death Stranding
Of course it was going to be in this list. I couldn't have asked for better as my last new game of the year. The world is a beautiful place to explore, and it wasn't until after I completed the story that I really started to appreciate all the little touches throughout.
I didn't even realise all the awesome upgrades and additions I missed out on by not doing extra deliveries outside the main story. On top of that, the more deliveries I make, the more of the past becomes uncovered. The story is even more interesting than what we saw unfold on screen.
There's also the fantastic strand system where all players help each other without ever meeting, leaving rope, bikes and bridges for each other to use. I even helped build a road that covered almost the length of america. Wonderful stuff.
I adore almost each and every character in this piece, they all bring something to the game and the story, and all without question have an interesting backstory to delve into. The soundtrack is superb, the graphics gorgeous, and the story fascinating. Whats not to love.
